The TB AM Z22 is an industrial vacuum cleaner engineered for extracting conductive metal dust, thanks to an explosion-proof system specifically engineered to immerse in liquid and inert the extracted dust, including type IIIC. Extracted dust is directly immersed in a bath of inert liquid (not provided) in the container, ensuring a safe working environment. A convenient, patent-protected quick-connect system makes it easy to detach and reconnect the container with a simple tool-free motion, making dust disposal simple and safe.

Highlights
The suction unit is a manufacturer-certified Atex side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The Side Channel Blower is equipped with a safety valve that ensures continuous work, without any maintenance.
Filtration is ensured by a Class M polyester cartridge filter (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with a dirty filter.
Container with conductive dust immersion system. Prevents the formation of explosive atmospheres inside the vacuum cleaner by neutralizing incoming dust.
Safety valve that in case of reactions between powders and liquids inside the container lets out the released gases preventing explosions.
